Any behavior by a patron which, in the
opinion of the Librarian or his or her designates, endangers the library
facilities or infringes on the rights of other patrons in the use of the
library's facilities and services cannot be tolerated. Such behavior is cause
for immediate dismissal from the library and possible suspension of library
privileges, including access to the premises, for a period of time determined by
the Librarian.
Appropriate attire, including shirts and footwear, must be worn in the library.
Smoking, other use of tobacco, eating and drinking by patrons is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed in the library. Listening devices and laptop computers must
not be audible or obstruct other patrons. Portable telephones may be used only
in the front lobby.
Legal action may be taken if library property is stolen, destroyed or abused.
